Strategy & Operations Manager

You will act as a key operator between strategy and execution, helping transform early-stage ideas into well-defined, data-backed initiatives ready for launch. Working closely with senior leadership, you will support decision-making through business cases, financial modeling, and operational analysis. You will also help establish the systems, scorecards, and processes that ensure cross-functional teams execute effectively in a fast-moving environment.
