This is a senior, high-impact leadership role responsible for building and scaling a full-funnel growth engine for a modern direct-to-consumer nutrition brand. You will own the entire acquisition and retention ecosystem, shaping how the company attracts, converts, and retains customers across multiple channels. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on system design across paid media, organic growth, creative strategy, and lifecycle marketing. You will lead a cross-functional growth organization and be accountable for key business metrics such as CAC efficiency, LTV expansion, and revenue growth. Operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, you will directly influence brand scalability and long-term market success. This is a highly entrepreneurial leadership position requiring both strategic vision and executional rigor.
