People Business Partner

In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders, helping shape people strategies that enable high-performing teams and support organizational growth. You will work closely with leadership within G&A functions to strengthen employee experience, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure alignment between business goals and talent initiatives. This position blends hands-on HR partnership with strategic influence across the employee lifecycle, from workforce planning to performance management and engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional People Operations teams to design and deliver scalable programs that enhance culture and operational excellence. Operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment, you will play a key role in coaching leaders, solving complex people challenges, and driving impactful workforce decisions.
