This role combines high-performing enterprise sales execution with frontline leadership in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will own a strategic territory, managing complex, high-value deals while consistently exceeding revenue targets. At the same time, you will act as a player-coach, guiding and mentoring a team of account executives to improve performance and accelerate deal cycles. The position requires strong commercial acumen, deep enterprise sales expertise, and the ability to operate confidently with C-level stakeholders. You will help shape sales strategy, improve pipeline execution, and elevate overall team performance through coaching and hands-on deal support. This is a highly visible role that directly influences revenue growth, team effectiveness, and customer success in large enterprise accounts.
