Test Engineer Lead - Automation

This role is a senior technical leadership position focused on driving end-to-end test automation strategy across system and integration testing environments. You will define the automation vision, select and scale frameworks, and ensure high-quality, reusable test solutions across multiple projects. The position blends hands-on automation engineering with strategic leadership, including mentoring teams and setting best practices. You will also play a key role in embedding AI-driven testing approaches to accelerate test design, execution, and analysis. Working closely with architects, product owners, and engineering teams, you will help ensure robust quality across CI/CD pipelines.
