You will oversee the full financial risk landscape, spanning credit, market, and liquidity risk, while ensuring strong governance, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making. Acting as both a strategic advisor and hands-on leader, you will guide a high-performing team of risk professionals and shape frameworks that directly influence product growth and financial stability. The role blends deep quantitative expertise with executive-level influence across Finance, Product, Technology, and Data teams. You will own critical capabilities such as IFRS 9 provisioning, risk appetite frameworks, stress testing, and portfolio monitoring.
