This role is focused on supporting fast-paced, high-volume operational workflows within a property inspection service environment. You will play a key part in ensuring that inspections are scheduled, executed, and properly communicated between field teams, property managers, and residents. The work is dynamic and detail-heavy, requiring constant coordination, real-time problem solving, and strong communication skills. You will handle time-sensitive scheduling challenges, access issues, and ongoing status updates while maintaining accuracy across multiple cases. Operating in a fully remote setup, you will gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end service operations and develop strong foundations in client-facing and operational roles.
