You will take complex, ambiguous product and business challenges and turn them into clear, user-centered design systems and experiences that operate at massive scale. Working within a high-impact consumer UX organization, you will act as both a strategic partner and a hands-on builder, influencing product direction and shaping roadmaps alongside product and engineering leaders. The environment is fast-moving, experimentation-driven, and deeply collaborative, with a strong emphasis on rapid iteration and data-informed decisions. You will also be expected to prototype aggressively, using modern tools and AI-assisted workflows to validate ideas quickly and realistically.
