In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of complex Salesforce-based solutions integrated with AI and cloud technologies. You will work on end-to-end QA activities across web, API, voice, and chat applications, supporting innovative platforms powered by Salesforce, AWS Connect, and generative AI. The role combines hands-on automation expertise with strong functional understanding of Salesforce ecosystems. You will contribute to designing scalable QA frameworks, improving automation maturity, and ensuring robust regression coverage. Working in an Agile environment, you will collaborate closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to validate high-impact solutions.
