Director of Engineering

This role sits at the heart of a fast-scaling, AI-native product organization, responsible for leading and shaping a major part of the engineering function focused on core product experience. You will oversee multiple engineering teams and leaders, ensuring they deliver high-quality, impactful user-facing experiences while maintaining strong technical foundations. Operating in a highly dynamic environment, you will define technical direction, guide architectural decisions, and ensure alignment between engineering execution and broader product strategy. A key part of your mission will be enabling teams to build and scale AI-powered capabilities, while also fostering a culture of ownership, speed, and engineering excellence. You will work closely with Product and Design leadership to translate strategic goals into clear, executable roadmaps. This is a high-impact leadership position in a distributed, global engineering organization where your decisions will directly influence product scalability and innovation.
