Field Case Manager

This role plays a critical part in supporting patient access to therapies by bridging the gap between healthcare providers, patients, insurers, and support programs. You will work closely with physicians and clinic teams to ensure smooth onboarding of patients into assistance programs, helping navigate reimbursement pathways and reducing barriers to treatment access. You will act as a trusted liaison in the field, ensuring timely coordination of care, coverage, and drug delivery processes. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential as you manage multiple patient cases and provider relationships simultaneously.
