This is a high-impact leadership role focused on guiding a distributed team of technical professionals responsible for delivering complex customer implementations, migrations, and advisory services across a leading DevSecOps platform. You will combine people management, technical credibility, and operational leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across enterprise customers. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and professional services, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. You will be responsible for shaping team performance, improving delivery standards, and ensuring customers successfully adopt and realize value from the platform. Operating in a fully remote, asynchronous environment, you will help build a strong culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role where you may still engage in technical delivery while scaling team impact across EMEA.
