This role is a senior-level leave administration position responsible for managing complex employee leave cases across multiple federal and state regulations. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, employees, managers, and external vendors, ensuring end-to-end coordination of leave of absence processes. Working in a highly regulated and detail-oriented environment, you will oversee cases such as FMLA, disability, parental leave, and company-specific policies while ensuring compliance and consistency. You will also serve as a trusted subject matter expert, guiding both clients and internal teams through complex scenarios.
