Executive Director, Clinical Systems

You will oversee the end-to-end reliability of clinical applications, including utilization management, network management, and claims platforms, ensuring they operate efficiently, securely, and in compliance with regulatory standards. The role blends operational leadership with strategic roadmap ownership, requiring close collaboration across technology, clinical, and business teams. You will act as the primary point of accountability for vendor performance while also driving modernization efforts, system simplification, and technical debt reduction. This is a highly cross-functional role focused on enabling scalable, high-quality healthcare operations through resilient technology ecosystems. Operating in a regulated environment, you will ensure systems support both day-to-day execution and long-term business growth.
