This role sits at the center of organizational health and workplace fairness, acting as a senior advisor on employee relations strategy across a mission-driven, people-first environment. You will lead complex investigations, guide performance and conduct matters, and ensure consistent, compliant, and equitable outcomes across the enterprise. Acting as both a trusted partner and escalation point, you will work closely with Talent and Legal teams to resolve sensitive issues with clarity and integrity. The role blends hands-on case leadership with strategic influence, shaping policies, frameworks, and manager capability. You will also play a key role in identifying systemic patterns and strengthening culture through proactive interventions.
