This role plays a key part in managing and optimizing incentive compensation and commission processes within a fast-paced, data-driven sales operations environment. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of commission calculations, support financial and sales performance analysis, and contribute to the smooth execution of global incentive programs. Working closely with Sales Operations, Finance, and Business Development teams, you will help translate complex compensation plans into clear, reliable outputs. The position requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume, time-sensitive setting. You will also contribute to data validation, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis that supports leadership decision-making. This is a highly collaborative role with exposure to global stakeholders and cross-regional compensation structures.
