This role sits at the intersection of clinical science, data analytics, and strategic decision-making, driving the generation of real-world evidence to support innovative early cancer detection solutions. You will lead the design and execution of observational research studies that directly inform clinical practice, payer strategy, and product adoption. Operating in a highly cross-functional environment, you will partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Science, Product, and Market Access teams to translate complex scientific and business questions into actionable evidence. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic vision and operational rigor, with a strong emphasis on delivering insights that influence patient outcomes and commercial success. You will also contribute to shaping evidence generation strategy and ensuring alignment across multiple research initiatives.
