This role is focused on enabling enterprise-level Agile transformation by coaching already mature teams to reach higher levels of performance, collaboration, and delivery excellence. You will work closely with multiple squads and business units in complex environments, guiding them beyond basic Agile adoption into true continuous improvement and mindset evolution. The position is highly hands-on and centered on influencing behaviors, refining delivery practices, and strengthening Agile maturity at scale. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping teams remove impediments, improve flow, and align execution with strategic goals. Operating in a remote and dynamic setup, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to embed Agile principles deeply into organizational culture.
