Tech Lead

In this role, you will lead technical strategy, architecture decisions, and engineering execution within a fast-paced software development environment. You will act as a key reference point for both technical and business stakeholders, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term product goals. Working closely with development teams, you will guide technology choices, establish engineering standards, and promote best practices across the organization. This position also requires strong people leadership, as you will mentor engineers, support their professional growth, and foster a culture of technical excellence. In addition, you will help remove delivery blockers, optimize development processes, and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable releases.
