This role sits at the center of a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where accuracy, speed, and clarity directly impact revenue growth and customer trust. You will own the full lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and timely responses that support enterprise sales efforts. Acting as both project manager and content strategist, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Security, and Product teams to translate complex technical and cybersecurity concepts into clear, compelling customer-facing materials. The role also involves maintaining and optimizing a centralized content library within a proposal automation platform, ensuring knowledge is current, reusable, and scalable. You will play a key role in improving proposal efficiency through process refinement and content standardization. This is a highly visible position where your work directly influences deal velocity, customer confidence, and go-to-market success.
