This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting across US GAAP, IFRS, and local accounting standards. You will oversee key accounting and external reporting processes, including financial close activities, statutory reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and KPI delivery. The position involves close coordination with business operations to ensure accounting outputs align with organizational needs and regulatory requirements. You will also lead initiatives to improve financial systems, reporting tools, and process efficiency within a dynamic, global environment. Acting as a key driver of compliance and control, you will support audit readiness and SOX requirements while contributing to strategic finance transformation efforts.
