The Opportunity
We are seeking a Director, RIA Partnerships to own and scale revenue growth within the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) market. As a senior, quota-carrying leader, you will be responsible for executing Gridline’s go-to-market motion, closing new business, and expanding existing accounts within the private markets ecosystem.
This is an externally facing role for an experienced seller who understands the specific nuances of how RIAs buy technology that serves as the core engine to build, launch, run, and manage private market vehicles. You must be able to navigate complex stakeholder groups - including CEOs, CCOs, CIOs, COOs, and Principals - positioning Gridline as a long-term platform partner committed to their growth rather than just a vendor.
