About the Role
 
As an Account Manager at Equativ, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering best-in-class service to our clients while ensuring seamless execution of campaigns. Sitting at the intersection of client relationships, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Ad Operations to maximize client satisfaction and business growth. This is an opportunity to work hands-on at the front lines of digital advertising, supporting both direct and programmatic campaigns for some of the industry’s most innovative partners.

What You'll Do

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building long-term partnerships rooted in trust, transparency, and performance.
  • Represent Equativ in client-facing activities, including campaign updates, business reviews, and occasional client entertainment.

    Campaign Execution & Management
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of direct and programmatic campaigns, ensuring deadlines, budgets, materials, and performance metrics are met.
  • Upload campaigns and manage workflow in Equativ’s ad tech platform.
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and the Ad Ops/Traffic teams to resolve issues and maintain seamless communication.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales on campaign hand-offs, ensuring all signed IOs and materials are captured and entered into Jira for project tracking.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on RFP planning, providing insights on feasibility, timelines, and delivery strategy.
  • Join internal campaign kickoff calls with Sales and Ad Ops to align expectations and execution plans.

    Insights & Strategy Support
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate results proactively to clients.
  • Contribute to quarterly business planning by sharing client insights and campaign outcomes that inform Sales forecasting.
  • Who you are

  • Strong communicator who can clearly articulate ideas and foster collaboration across clients and internal teams.
  • English language skills are required to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and in a team within a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Adept at balancing client satisfaction with operational execution, always focused on delivering value.
