Role Brief: Brillio is building a legal function that operates as a business enabler. This role is designed for an early-career lawyer who wants to work directly with business teams on contracts, deals, and decisions.
What you will do?
- Review and negotiate contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements)
- Partner with sales, finance, and delivery teams on deal execution
- Evaluate and prioritize legal risk vs business outcomes
- Build and improve templates, clause libraries, and playbooks
- Support compliance areas (data privacy, employment, cross-border basics)
- Contribute to legal operations efficiency (standardization, speed, simplification)
What we are looking for?
- 0–2 years’ experience in corporate law (contracts-focused)
- Graduate from a top-tier law school
- Exposure to contract drafting/review through internships or early roles
- Strong structured thinking and communication clarity
- Should be able to demonstrate experience working with AI tools
- A qualified lawyer
- Willingness to work out of office
- US Citizen/GC holder
Good to have?
- Experience in corporate law firms or in-house teams
- Exposure to technology, consulting, or startup environments
- Familiarity with cross-border contracts / global work
