What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end design for Merchant AI Assistant experiences across Pinterest Business Assistant workflows, including onboarding, catalog health, and Catalog Enhance.
• Define cohesive patterns that connect conversational AI with contextual product experiences, helping merchants understand priorities and complete meaningful actions.

• Experience designing AI or conversational experiences, including thoughtful approaches to trust, guidance, error recovery, and human control.
• Proven ability to partner across product, engineering, research, data, and platform teams to influence direction and ship high-quality work.
• Comfort with ambiguity, a bias for action, and strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts and design tradeoffs.
• Leverage AI tools for research, analysis, and prototyping to drive high-velocity product outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, a related field, or equivalent experience.
