Hospitality and Events Executive

Let’s start with the role

We are in search of a dedicated and highly motivated Hospitality and Events Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the Key Account Management team in creating memorable experiences for our valued customers. You will achieve this by expertly sourcing, planning, and coordinating exclusive events and hospitality, as well as by administering tickets to Kaizen Gaming-sponsored events and curating gifting experiences for our Key Account customers.

As a Hospitality and Events Executive, you will:

• Source and coordinate a diverse range of VIP experiences, including hospitality at sporting events, concerts, fine dining experiences, and entertainment outings, all designed to foster stronger relationships with our key customers;
• Manage ticket allocations to the Kaizen Gaming-sponsored events across all our markets;
• Identify suitable gifting opportunities, carefully select thoughtful gifts, and manage the gifting process to guarantee timely delivery and a personalized experience;
• Assist the Key Account Management team in developing the quarterly event and gifting plans by creating and maintaining a global VIP events calendar;
• Collaborate with vendors, venues, travel agencies and service providers to secure the necessary arrangements for events and source high-quality gifts;
• Support suppliers, customers, and the Key Account Management organisation while also skillfully negotiating for the best value and pricing from suppliers;
• Manage budgets for hospitality events and gifting programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising the quality of the customer experience ;
• Support the implementation of a comprehensive end-to-end process for events and gifting requests, covering the entire journey from request submission to post-event evaluation;
• Gather feedback from customers to assess the effectiveness of events and gifting initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

What you will bring:

• Proven experience in event planning and coordination, with a particular emphasis on key clients;
• Budget management expertise, a cost-conscious mindset with strong negotiation skills;
• Outstanding organizational, planning, and project management skills, coupled with exceptional attention to detail;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners;
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box;
• The ability to work autonomously to meet tight deadlines while effectively prioritizing and delivering high-quality work, even under pressure;
• Familiarity with the gambling and entertainment industry is a plus.
• Excellent command of English;
• Demonstrated AI-first mindset, actively leveraging AI tools and assistants to improve productivity, problem-solving and decision-making. Continuously exploring new AI capabilities and championing their practical adoption within teams, using AI as an integral part of day-to-day work rather than a supplementary tool.
