Who You Are

You're an exceptional operator who loves bringing order to complexity. You thrive behind the scenes, anticipating needs before others see them, keeping multiple priorities moving simultaneously, and creating leverage for senior leaders.

You're equal parts project manager, executive coordinator, and problem solver. Whether you're coordinating executive travel, planning a leadership offsite, supporting a customer event, or finding a better way to automate repetitive work using AI, you enjoy making things run better than they did yesterday.

You don't think of executive support as administrative work—you see it as enabling leaders to spend more time with customers, partners, employees, and prospects while you build the operating rhythm that keeps a fast-growing Revenue organization moving.

This role is hybrid including an onsite working requirement of Tuesday-Thursday out of our office at 55 Water Street in New York City.

• Partner closely with Workplace, Finance, People, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline scheduling, meeting preparation, travel coordination, documentation, and administrative workflows.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve how the Revenue organization operates by simplifying processes and reducing manual work.
