Strategy is not a product, it’s fuel. It’s about making a set of decisions before the razzle and dazzle of creative and design gets going. The decisions are based on key insights about the people we are aiming to influence. Strategy sets the scene and steers the way for a project’s creative and strategic direction. Supporting a small but mighty Strategy department, the role will suit a self-starter and someone who can adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Writing, attention to detail and project management skills are a prerequisite, as is someone who is a confident communicator. Therefore we are looking for someone who can write well, with creativity and the ability to edit their own work and adapt styles based on the task at hand. Creative collaboration skills and lateral thinking abilities are a bonus.
