You will conduct user research and stakeholder interviews, develop information architecture, and translate insights into clear interaction designs. Your work will include ideation, concept refinement, prototyping, and validation through usability and accessibility testing. Beyond UX responsibilities, you will contribute to the technical evaluation of systems, assist with analysis of specialized applications, and provide insights on architectures, automation, risk management, and software lifecycle best practices. Your ability to apply advanced mathematical and modeling techniques will support efforts in system optimization and technical innovation. You will work alongside senior consultants to assess systems, identify improvements, and develop recommendations for modernization.
