Growth Associate
Job description
Linq is building the messaging infrastructure for the AI era, aka "build AI agents in iMessage". Our growth team is responsible for finding, converting, and retaining the businesses and developers who power their products on Linq.
The Role
We are looking for a high-power growth generalist. This includes events, gifting campaigns, writing blog posts, building landing pages, and spinning up new channels you think we are missing.
You'll work directly with the Head of Product & Growth on campaigns, experiments, and operational work that moves the needle. This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants to learn growth from the ground up at a fast-moving Series A startup.
What You'll Do
Suggest & own projects or new channels/strategies you think we are missing once you've shown you can execute.
Help us plan & run events (customer dinners, our annual conference, hackathons, etc...)
Own our gifting campaigns to target customers & prospects
Help write content: blog posts, case studies, landing pages, etc... & build new landing pages.
Support campaign execution across paid, email, and content channels
Research target accounts, competitors, and market opportunities
Coordinate campaigns with our influencers
Other things as needed on our lean growth team. Think growth generalist.
You Might Be a Fit If You
Have 0-2 years of experience in marketing, growth, or a related field
Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple workstreams
Have strong written communication skills
Are considered high agency by your peers
Want to grow fast and take on more ownership quickly
