About Campus

Campus is on a mission to accelerate the talent of tomorrow. We believe students should have access to a world-class education without having to take on debt. We power online two-year degree programs featuring live, online, interactive classes led by faculty from top-ranking schools in the country (think Princeton, NYU, UCLA, Spelman, and more) – all at community college costs. By making education more accessible and customized to each individual's needs, we can achieve our mission of accelerating the talent of tomorrow, one student at a time.

About the Team

The Compliance Team supports Campus’s institutional integrity, regulatory adherence, accreditation readiness, and operational excellence. The team works across departments to interpret and apply evolving accreditation, state, federal, and institutional requirements, including requirements from ACCJC, BPPE, the U.S. Department of Education, state authorization agencies, and other oversight bodies.

The team supports regulatory filings, accreditation activities, policy alignment, audit readiness, consumer information and disclosure requirements, institutional documentation, and cross-functional compliance projects.

About the Role

The Financial Aid Training & Development Specialist reports to the Director of Financial Aid Compliance with a dotted-line relationship to the Director of Financial Aid Operations.
